WWRAC Stallion Service Auction

Thanks to all the Stallion owners, Mare owners and Foal owners who participated in the 2005 Online Auction and Futurity!

Stallion Owners: Stallion owners who wish to enroll their stallion may print the online form available on this page and submit it to the address below. Benefits of stallion service donation include free advertising, free links on the WWRAC webpage, and the potential to participate in our Weanling Futurity when the stallion’s breeding sells. New stallion nominations are taken at any time. If you wish to enroll your stallion in this program, either download the Nomination Form provided on this page or contact Kristen Reiter for the necessary forms. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Mare Owners: The following is a list of Appaloosa, Quarter Horse, and Paint Horse stallions enrolled in our 2006 Stallion Service Auction. Please check back often as we will be updating the site as more stallions are donated. These stallion services will be sold by telephoned, emailed or mailed bids, with the starting bid consisting of one-half the advertised stud fee or a minimum bid of $250, whichever is greater. The foals resulting from stallion services offered through this program will be eligible for participation in the 2007 WWRAC Stallion Service Auction Weanling Halter Futurity. To purchase a breeding:

1. Call Kristen Reiter, DVM at (360) 240-1040, send an email to
kris_daren@verizon.net, or send a letter to Kris Reiter at 160 W Crescent Harbor Road, Oak Harbor, WA 98277. Be certain to include the name of the stallion of whom you wish to purchase and your bid. Prior to bidding, review the services that the stallion owner provides and make note of any additional fees that may be incurred as a result of breeding to that particular stallion.

2. Donated services are offered for sale to the highest mail-in bid received by March 15th of the breeding year. Bidding will start at one-half the listed stud fee for each stallion or $250, whichever is greater. Bidders will be notified of competitive bids as they are received. For this reason, please provide contact information when you submit your bid.

3. In the event a service does not sell during the regular competitive bidding, it will be offered for sale until June 30, at 50% of the advertised stud fee or $250 minimum, whichever is highest.

4. Please contact Kristen Reiter, DVM at (360) 240-1040 or
kris_daren@verizon.net for more information on the stallions or the process.

If you require additional information or desire to provide this information to others,
PLEASE call or email Kristen at (360) 240-1040 or
kris_daren@verizon.net.
